Our client is an online spa booking company that prides itself on the customer experience. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

They operate in the UK and abroad and offer spa days, holidays for singletons, hen parties, and theatre packages.

In this role, you will be speaking to trade and direct customers concerning pre and post-departure inquiries by making changes to short breaks, inputting bookings into the system, sending confirmations, and processing payments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Check bookings are correct and updated.
  2. Make amendments to existing bookings.
  3. Deal with cancellations.
  4. Send out email confirmations.
  5. Collect and process payments.
  6. Advise clients on pre-travel arrangements.
  7. Handle complaints or refunds.
  8. Check invoices.
  9. Deal with daily post.
  10. Negotiate with suppliers.
  11. Respond to client queries via email, telephone, and chat.
