We are currently recruiting 3 Customer Service Advisors to join our established and experienced Underwriting team at RSA on a hybrid basis. These roles are initially offered as 12-month Fixed Term Contracts.

Your Role

Your role involves providing underwriting service solutions for all Commercial Lines products across renewal, new business, and mid-term adjustment customer journeys. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of pre- and post-fulfilment activities, delivering efficient solutions to enable underwriters to focus on risk assessment and underwriting decisions.

Working across multiple products and customer segments, you will have opportunities to work on fast-track processes for SME customers and bespoke solutions for high-value clients. You will manage expectations of underwriters and brokers, making it easy for customers to do business with us. You will thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, interacting via telephone and email with underwriters and brokers.

Our underwriters rely on you to ensure the Commercial Lines P&L provides excellent service to our customers every time.

About You

To succeed in this role, previous customer service experience is preferred, but we are also open to recent school or college leavers interested in developing a career with a major insurance provider with over 360 years of experience. An interest in agricultural business would be beneficial but is not essential. The key qualities are excellent customer service skills and effective communication, both verbal and written.
