Nuffield Health Guildford and Woking Hospitals have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our Sales & Marketing team.

This is a key front-line role that supports both the patient experience and our private healthcare growth. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

The role will be based across both Guildford and Woking hospitals.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
  • Be a key first point of contact for patients, consultants, GPs and medical secretaries, managing a variety of queries both in person and via telephone/email
  • Support self-pay and insured patient journeys, from initial enquiry to booking and follow-up
  • Produce high-quality self-pay quotes, supporting price matching and bespoke requests
  • Manage referrals and admissions efficiently, using Salesforce to track activity
  • Coordinate with consultants and secretaries to ensure smooth onboarding and clinic utilisation
  • Assist with day-to-day capacity, cancellations and appointment slot optimisation
  • Support sales reporting, KPI tracking, and local marketing campaign delivery
  • Work collaboratively within the wider Sales & Marketing, Bookings and Business Admin teams across both hospital sites.
What we're looking for:
  • A confident and friendly communicator, comfortable dealing with patients and healthcare professionals alike
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Proficiency in systems such as Salesforce, or willingness to learn CRM platforms
  • A team player who takes pride in supporting others and delivering a high standard of service
