Customer Service Advisor

Edenred Payment Solutions , a market leader in the payment world, is seeking a passionate and customer-centric Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a critical role in building positive relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction by:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions.
  • Effectively resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying and understanding customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Proactively offering solutions and additional services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

We are seeking individuals who possess the following:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
