Hours: 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri, office based (can be flexible on hours for right person)

Working as part of the Customer Services team, this is a key role supporting and working closely with customers. The primary focus will be responding to customer requests and queries by phone, online chat and email to maximise customer satisfaction.
