The post-holder will strive to maintain quality within the practice, and will alert other team members to issues of quality and risk, assess own performance and take accountability for own actions, and contribute to the effectiveness of the team.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, empathy, and recognition of the need for maintaining confidentiality. They will also have good computer skills and be reliable, with a good attention to detail.
Qualifications:
GCSE Level 9-4 (or Grade A-C) in English and maths, or equivalent qualifications in these subjects.
Training:
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Standard - Customer Services Practitioner Level 2 Standard.
Working Hours:
Monday: 9am - 5pm, Tuesday: 9am - 5pm, Wednesday: 9am - 1pm, Thursday: 9am - 5pm, Friday: 9am - 5pm, with a 30 minutes unpaid lunch break each day.
Salary:
£238 per week.
