Due to a busy period, we're on the lookout for Customer Service Executives to join the team from the beginning of July. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering incoming customer calls and helping with enquiries
• Asking key questions to register and set up claims
• Managing various customer enquiries
• Logging accurate information into the system
• Supporting the team with general admin tasks
  
  

We’re Looking for People Who:

• Have previous customer service experience (this must be telephone-based)
• Are confident communicators with strong admin skills
• Are available to start at the beginning of July
• Can commit to a full 3-month assignment- this is of high importance
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day
