Tes is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support customers across multiple products and deliver a high-quality, end-to-end service in a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom. You will resolve most inquiries, provide proactive guidance, and help customers realise value from the Tes ecosystem.
Successful candidates will capture feedback to inform product teams, reduce escalations, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining strong CSAT across global customers.
