Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with clients via telephone and email
  • Answering queries and dealing with complaints
  • Monitoring and tracking freight movements in real-time
  • Keeping clients informed at every stage of the delivery process
  • Supporting the Transport Manager with job bookings and admin tasks
  • Problem-solving on the go to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries



Criteria

  • At least 1 year of experience in Transport / Logistics AND 1 year in a Customer Service Role
  • Fully PC Literate
  • Strong IT skills and confident using systems and trackers
  • Excellent communication - clear, concise and always professional
  • Being able to remain calm under pressure and solutions-focused
  • Flexible and adaptable with a proactive attitude
  • You'll receive on-the-job training in freight forwarding
