In a Nutshell…
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Technician to join our team within Vistry North West Midlands, covering various sites with our main office located in Wolverhampton. As our Customer Service Technician, you will provide an exceptional customer care service to all Vistry Clients and Customers in accordance with the guidelines specified within the associated contract conditions and working to maintain our 5* builder status. To assist office-based staff and offer technical advice regarding the remedial solutions, and where required carry out repairs, and complete works on time and within the first visit.
