Customer Service Engineer (CSE) Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Engineer, you are responsible for customer service support (Hands & Eyes), repairs, physical installations (rack & stack), and escorts requested by customers. You will manage the organic growth of products like Cross Connects (CC) and Pre-Cablings (PC) according to defined SLAs. Handling all incoming customer service requests, ensuring SLA and KPI achievement, and maintaining documentation in internal tools are key tasks. You will also propose improvements to enhance intervention effectiveness, customer service quality, and data center energy efficiency (PUE). The role requires working in shifts to provide 24/7 support and acting as the first level support during out-of-business hours, representing the local facility team.

What You'll Need
  • Vocational education in relevant fields (datacenter, telecommunications, IT, electrical)
  • Experience with electrical wiring, networks, optical fiber installations, and dark fiber
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and be proactive
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and team spirit
  • Proactive mindset focused on 100% uptime, guiding all decisions accordingly
