Job summary

Moto Hospitality Grantham is hiring a Team Member at £12.83 per hour. You will serve Greggs pastries, take orders, and deliver excellent customer service in a busy rest-stop environment.

Shifts vary from 4am to 7pm, including weekdays and weekends. You’ll work with a friendly team, keep displays tidy, replenish stock, and help create a welcoming store that leaves customers wanting to return.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work variable shifts including early mornings and weekends.
• Friendly and proactive with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome.
• Process orders efficiently.
• Produce hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
• Maintain brand standards and cleanliness.
• Assist customers and resolve enquiries professionally.
• Restock displays and support store operations.
