• Proven management and leadership experience in a call centre environment is a must.
• You have exceptional people skills and a passion for creating a positive and motivating team spirit.
• Customer service/call centre experience is a no-brainer.

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £29,215 moving to £31,302 after probation.
Location: Victorian Plumbing, Sustainability Way, Leyland, Lancashire, PR26 6TB
Training: The normal place of work for this role will be at our new site in Leyland, but we would require the successful candidate to undertake their first 6-8 weeks of employment at our existing site in Skelmersdale for their training period.
Working Hours: 40 per week. Our full opening hours are 08:00 – 21:00 Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 Saturday and 09:30 – 18:00 Sunday. Our Skelmersdale and Leyland full-time, frontline colleagues will work a 5-week rotation which will include one week of late shifts (12:30 – 21:00) and one full weekend.
