Customer Service Team Leader

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking for a Co-ordinator / Team Leader to supervise a small team of technicians managing the return of faulty electronic goods to a warehouse based in North Bristol. Your hours of work will be 7:00am til 3:00pm, 37 hour week.

As the Customer Returns Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day to day allocation of team priorities & tasks
• Supervise the efficient & accurate implementation of the returns process
• Helping as required with the goods inwards / outwards process-total staff on site are 13.
• Providing reports on entire process

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Warehouse / Logistics Management supervisory experience.
• Good organisational skills & good attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal & presentation
• A valid driving licence & a forklift (or related) licence
