Are you a dynamic people leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We have an exciting full-time opportunity for you to step into the role of Team Manager based in our Abingdon office.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team of schedulers, driving the coordination of fire and security system maintenance, repairs, and emergency call-outs. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll have the chance to showcase your leadership skills and inspire your team to achieve excellence.

Your Responsibilities will include:
