As the Customer Team Leader, you will ensure the Hub contact centre operations deliver the required performance, providing a great customer contact experience through various channels such as Phone, Email, Video, Social Media, and Correspondence. You will be responsible for leading a team supporting daily activities, driving service excellence, influencing profitability, and managing budgets, while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
