Summary
£14.65 - £15.15 per hour | 25-hour contract | Various shifts | 30-35 days holiday (pro-rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

What you'll do
  • Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
  • Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks
  • Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
  • Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
  • Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
  • Provide excellent customer service every time
What you'll need
  • Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to delegate effectively and motivate your team
  • Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm in any situation
  • Passion to be a key part of the Store Team
  • A proactive and encouraging approach to help colleagues develop and improve store operations
