Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and service standards.
  • Analyse performance data, customer feedback and telephony reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Take proactive action to improve service delivery and team effectiveness.
  • Support the development of processes and ways of working that improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

  • A passion for coaching individuals and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and use insights to drive improvement.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced customer service environment.
