Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader

Location: Peterborough (Office-Based)

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Sector: International Supply Chain & Logistics

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join a leading international supply chain organization at their Peterborough offices. This is a full-time, office-based role, suitable for someone with a strong background in supply chain operations and a passion for delivering and improving customer service standards.

You will lead the customer service team to enhance client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with customs and international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the customer service team
  • Develop processes and service quality standards to improve customer satisfaction
  • Oversee compliance with customs activities and documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify training needs and support team development
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues professionally
  • Monitor team performance and report KPIs to senior management
