Salary:£27,400 per annum (plus opportunity for overtime)

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery. Your role will also involve monitoring performance, providing feedback, and driving continuous improvement in customer service standards to ensure a positive experience for all bus customers.
