Flutter Entertainment Plc in Huddersfield is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to drive frontline service across our betting shops. The role is permanent with a starting salary of £13.25 per hour and responsibilities include supporting customers to place bets, maintaining shop standards and stepping in when the Shop Manager is absent.

You will lead a fast-paced team, deliver a friendly, professional customer experience, and adapt to changing situations while upholding social responsibility

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced betting/shop environment.
• Ability to lead a small team and cover in absence of the Shop Manager.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for customer queries.

Responsabilités

• Assisting customers to place bets through terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions.
• Maintaining high shop presentation standards to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Acting as the Shop Manager in their absence to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapting to changing situations while maintaining customer focus during hosting.

What you’ll take on

• Assisting customers to place bets through various channels, such as our betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions
• Maintaining excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere for customers
• Responsible for all operations in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring smooth functioning of the shop
• Adapting to changing situations while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach when hosting
• Fulfilling social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations
