Flutter Entertainment plc is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader in Cheshunt to drive outstanding hospitality in our retail betting shops. You’ll assist customers with bets through terminals, phone, and in-shop channels, while upholding high shop standards and hosting quality.

As acting senior in the absence of the Shop Manager, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a proactive, engaging environment for customers.

• Proven experience delivering excellent customer service in retail or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse customers.
• Willingness to adapt to busy, fast-paced betting shop environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers to place bets via terminals, phone, or in-shop transactions.
• Maintain inviting shop presentation and hospitality standards.
• Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Shop Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt to changing situations while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Follow social responsibility guidelines and regulations.

What you’ll take on

• Assisting customers to place bets through various channels, such as our betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions
• Maintaining excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere for customers
• Responsible for all operations in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring smooth functioning of the shop
• Adapting to changing situations while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach when hosting
• Fulfilling social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations
