Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting a Customer Service Team Leader for a busy manufacturing site in Brough, near Hull. You will take ownership of day-to-day customer service operations, leading a small team and ensuring orders and enquiries are handled efficiently to meet customer expectations.

You\'ll work closely with sales, production and supply chain to maintain high service levels, drive continuous improvement and resolve issues quickly.

We’re working with a successful manufacturing business in Brough, Hull, who are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to lead their customer service function and ensure customers receive an outstanding level of service.

The Role
