You will use performance data and customer feedback to drive service improvements, working with colleagues across the organisation to keep customers at the heart of everything we do.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching or supervising a customer service team.
• Experience in housing/social housing or contact centre or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication and a data-driven approach to service improvement.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and putting customers first.
