Job summary

Midlothian Council is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader for maternity cover, based at Fairfield House. The role focuses on supervising and coordinating the daily operation of the Customer Service teams to deliver high quality frontline service.

You will motivate and mentor staff, manage resources and priorities, support service improvements and act as a point of reference for complex enquiries across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• This role requires Level 1 Disclosure Clearance; the fee for this Disclosure check will be met by you and receipt of the subsequent certificate will be required prior to commencement.
