Job summary

Barlow Wood Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our operations team. Working with the General Manager, you will improve customer experience, team performance and accountability.

The role is split between leading the team, handling customer quotes/orders/queries and overseeing deliveries to customers. Lead, coach and support the team while managing key customer relationships. Improve customer experience, order conversion and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B customer service and team leadership experience.
• Strong coaching, communication, influencing and conflict-management skills.
• Ability to prioritise work, solve problems and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and general IT systems.

Responsibilities
