Breedon Group is seeking a proactive Customer Service Supervisor based at Hope Works, Derbyshire. You will lead our Customer Service team, handling bulk and packed cement orders from enquiry through to delivery and aftercare.

Reporting to the Internal Sales & Customer Service Manager, you will drive performance, wellbeing and development, setting clear expectations and fostering accountability while guiding continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a customer service or internal sales team.
• Strong coaching, development and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a customer service team for cement customers.
• Manage workloads, priorities and resource planning.
• Coach team through regular 1:1s, reviews and development.
• Handle escalations and drive effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Commercial and Production teams.
