Job Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Contact Centre.

As a Customer Service Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with repairs, maintenance, and emergency work. You’ll handle incoming calls, providing efficient, professional support, ensuring customers’ needs are met with empathy and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle incoming customer calls regarding repairs and maintenance.
  2. Provide efficient and professional support to customers.

Minimum Requirements
  • Knowledge of housing repairs and customer service standards or experience of delivering other similar services.
