Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Morley, Leeds LS27

Rate of Pay: £13.79 per hour + 33 holidays (25 days + 8 bank holidays)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Duration: 12-month plus contract

Job Description

The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a small, friendly team in an open-plan office environment that fosters good working relationships between departments.

Responsibilities

• Answering approximately forty calls and emails per day
• Resolving customer issues
• Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
• Conducting root cause analysis and issue prevention
