Key responsibilities include:

  • Process customer orders, returns, invoices, and handle general enquiries.
  • Support administration for distributors and wholesalers in the UK and Ireland.
  • Assist with stock control, reconciliation, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate deliveries from overseas and liaise with logistics and quality teams.
  • Ensure GDP compliance, including involvement in product recalls.
  • Set up new customers and maintain accurate system data.
  • Provide support during colleague absences and help resolve stock issues.
