An established industry player is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Supervisor to join their library service team. We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our library service. The position is within the team at Wakefield One Library as a Customer Service Supervisor.
Libraries are responsible for providing a welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience, inspires patrons to return, and promotes the service to others.
This is a 20.00 hours per week, permanent position, which includes working every other Saturday.
