Job description

This role will put you at the forefront of our Business Centre. It is a fast-moving, challenging role that offers great exposure to our vibrant customer base, allowing you to influence the quality of service we provide. You will manage a team of over 40 colleagues and play a key role within the store's management team, serving as Duty Manager at times throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
  2. Training your team in cash handling to minimize losses.
  3. Controlling debt and recovering overdue or failed payments from customers.
  4. Maintaining accurate and timely payroll records.
  5. Engaging with customers to resolve issues and utilize feedback to improve service and satisfaction.
  6. Liaising with other department Supervisors to monitor delivery orders.
  7. Managing a team of customer-focused individuals in reception and checkout areas.
