They are looking for someone who has experience coaching, developing, and supervising a customer service team, along with someone who has experience reviewing and improving processes.

Customer Service Supervisor Duties:

1. Conduct one-to-ones and appraisal reviews
2. Create development plans for each employee
3. Issue weekly reports on individual performance
4. Manage rotas and annual leave requests
5. Conduct investigations and disciplinary actions when needed
6. Drive team engagement in call plans
7. Handle customer escalations and complaints
8. Manage parking arrangements
9. Oversee bonus schemes
10. Administer pension and life assurance benefits
