Booker Group is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a large customer-focused team within our store operations. You will play a key role in the store's management team, stepping in as Duty Manager during select periods and driving service standards across reception and checkout areas.
You will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, staff training, and accurate payroll records while engaging with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
This role will put you at the fore front of our Business Centre. It is a fast moving, challenging role that will give you great exposure to our vibrant customer base where you will have a direct influence over the service that we provide. Not only will you be managing a team in excess of 40 colleagues you will play a key role within the store's management team, assuming the role of Duty Manager at points throughout the week.
