The Booker Group is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a team of over 40 colleagues within our Food Wholesaling operations. You will be part of the store's management team, stepping in as Duty Manager at times through the week to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
You'll drive compliance with legal standards and company procedures, oversee cash handling, payroll records, and customer satisfaction, and collaborate with department Supervisors to monitor orders for delivery.
This role will put you at the fore front of our Business Centre. It is a fast moving, challenging role that will give you great exposure to our vibrant customer base where you will have a direct influence over the service that we provide. Not only will you be managing a team in excess of 40 colleagues you will play a key role within the store's management team, assuming the role of Duty Manager at points throughout the week.
