Customer Service Supervisor

Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. (CSO), an innovative non-profit, has an opening for a Customer Service Supervisor home based with travel to 6 PA CareerLink sites in the Central Region Workforce Development Area. This position provides daily oversight of the Adult / Dislocated Worker Program and is responsible for staff supervision, ensuring program services are delivered in compliance with federal, state, and local policies, monitoring program performance, and oversight of service delivery.

Minimum Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience that indicates possession of the skills, knowledge, and abilities listed above.
2. 3-5 years' experience working in governmentally funded programs.
3. Significant supervisory experience required.
