  • Liaising with other department supervisors to monitor delivery orders.
  • Managing a team focused on customer service in reception and checkout areas.

Job description

This role will put you at the forefront of our Business Centre. It is a fast-moving, challenging role that offers great exposure to our vibrant customer base, allowing you to influence the service we provide. You will manage a team of over 40 colleagues and play a key role within the store's management team, including serving as Duty Manager at times throughout the week.

Your responsibilities will include:

To succeed in this role, you should have:
