Job summary

Moto is looking for a Team Member at Toddington Services near Dunstable to greet customers, process orders and serve hot food, baked goods and drinks while maintaining brand standards and delivering excellent customer service.

You will work a mix of weekdays and weekends with shifts from 4am to 7pm, and you’ll be supported by an employee-friendly program including weekly pay, a discretionary Christmas bonus, staff discounts, and opportunities for funded qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering brand standards to a level customers expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to maximise product availability
• Ensuring the workspace and store are clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver teamwork and a sense of togetherness
• Leaving customers with a memorable experience worth returning for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen for the next day’s trade
