Job summary

moto is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our operation at Chieveley Services, delivering Greggs products and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in taking orders, serving hot food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and display presentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests in a timely, efficient manner.
• Produce a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
• Deliver brand standards to a high level the customers expect.
• Resolve inquiries calmly with a customer-centric approach.
• Replenish displays to maximise product availability.
• Keep workspace and store clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster teamwork and a positive environment.
• Leave customers with a memorable experience worth returning for.
• Help prepare the store and kitchen for the next trading day.
