Job summary

Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our multi-skilled store team. You will cover checkouts, shop floor, housekeeping, date code checks, temperature checks, and administrative tasks, with opportunities to assist in-store bakery.

You’ll promote membership benefits and help customers join and engage with the Society. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is welcomed as shifts vary.

Qualifications

• No prior experience needed; willingness to learn and presentable appearance.
• Friendly and confident communication with customers.
• Desire to contribute to community spirit of the store.

Responsibilities
