OurCoop is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our in-store team across UK communities. You'll help customers, cover checkouts, support the shop floor, and assist in the in-store bakery, while promoting membership to enhance community involvement.

No prior experience is required; we value pride in presentation, willingness to learn, and a proactive, friendly attitude to support daily operations and member engagement.

• Checkouts and assisting on the shop floor.
• Housekeeping and administration tasks.
• Date code checking and temperature checks.
• Assisting in-store bakery operations.
• Promoting membership benefits to customers and encouraging joins.
• Supporting the daily running of the store and community engagement.
