Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is not required but helpful.
• Must be able to talk and listen to customers with a friendly demeanour.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to the community spirit.

Responsibilities

• Operate checkouts and assist customers on the shop floor.
• Assist with housekeeping and stock checks (date codes).
• Support temperature checks and general administration tasks.
• Help in the in-store bakery when required.
• Promote membership benefits to customers and encourage sign-ups.
• Be flexible with shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Contribute to a welcoming and helpful store environment.
