Sainsbury’s Group is hiring for store roles across our United Kingdom shops. We value customers, friendliness and helpful service, with colleagues ready to assist in shelving, order picking, cashiering or product advice.

Roles offer flexibility and the chance to learn about products and promotions, with a focus on teamwork and keeping the store tidy. Availability may include varied shifts, particularly during the festive season.

Competenze

• You must be aged 18 or over if the Availability Window includes shifts before 6.00am or after 11.00pm
• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
• A committed team player, always willing to support colleagues and work together
• Flexibility and willingness to work across the store and take on new challenges
• Open to learning, developing and trying new things to improve our service
• Confident learning to use new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly
• Take pride and ownership in your work, including close attention to detail, maintaining a clean and tidy work space and always looking for ways to make our customer experience better
