Are you an experienced German Speaking Customer Support Specialist with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Customer Interactions – Own customer inquiries, providing expert support on sales, order processing, and issue resolution.
  2. Advanced Pricing & Order Management – Handle pricing requests, renewals, and adjustments while managing the entire order lifecycle from entry to shipment.
  3. Problem Solving & Process Improvement – Identify and resolve challenges efficiently while driving workflow enhancements for a smoother customer experience.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless communication and top-tier service.
  5. Customer Experience Excellence – Manage escalations with professionalism, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
  1. Proven experience in high-volume customer support with fluency in German.
