Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound support tickets and maintaining top-tier system records
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, keeping them updated every step of the way
  • Diagnosing, resolving, and triaging technical issues
  • Providing expert systems support to clients and partner companies
  • Advising clients on best practices to optimize their processes
  • Working closely with implementation consultants to resolve system queries
  • Identifying and championing software improvements
  • Creating and updating helpful documentation to empower end users
  • Supporting and collaborating with your teammates to drive success

The successful candidate:

  • Customer service experience in a support environment
  • Background in accounting or finance? That’s a plus!
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
