Overview

As a member of our expanding team here at Teleperformance, you will have the opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities within your role, such as:

  • You will be the first point of contact to assist customers with their online subscription inquiries and account management.
  • You will play a key role in providing information and support to a global customer base and creating a unique customer experience through inbound calling, webchat, and email responses.

What a typical day in the office looks like:

  • Start your day by signing into your systems, preparing for the day ahead.
  • Engage with customers who have questions regarding their online subscriptions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to subscriptions, payments, and online accounts through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Work in a fast-paced, targeted environment, striving to maximize opportunities and perform at your best.
  • Enjoy a rest period with 30 minutes for lunch and two 15-minute breaks, providing time to relax or socialize.

The start of your journey with Teleperformance

Receive two weeks of paid classroom training, followed by two weeks in our graduation bay where you will handle live calls. We support you throughout with experienced team members ready to assist.
