DSV is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist in Feltham.

The primary responsibility is to meet customer requirements for the safe and efficient transport of cargo, adhering to operational procedures and statutory requirements, including health and safety, to ensure client satisfaction and company profitability.

Key Tasks

• Strong communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening
• Excellent customer service skills, with patience and empathy
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
• Basic math and accounting skills
• Organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and security of client information
• Effective computer skills for account management software
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
