Responsibilities

  1. Customer Interaction: Engage daily with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
  2. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  3. Policy Management: Assist clients with policy endorsements, renewals, and any changes they may require.
  4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote client retention and satisfaction.
  5. Education: Help educate clients about their insurance policies and assist them in making informed decisions.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and claims departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  1. Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License, or willingness to obtain one within a specified time frame.
  2. Experience: Preferably 2+ years in customer service or insurance sales role.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and engaging interactions with clients.
  4. Customer-Oriented: Strong ability to empathize and provide tailored solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  5. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to address issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
  6. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering a positive team environment.
  8. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other essential customer interaction tools.
