Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first friendly person that greets clients and assists them with their banking needs. This role offers a great insight into the world of banking, insurance, and wealth management to build a foundation for a career in financial services.

What You'll Do:
  1. Day in the Life: Every day, you will work face-to-face with clients in the branch location, manage a cash drawer, assist clients and team members, uncover needs, and educate clients on German American products and services. You will verify account information, perform loan and deposit transactions, and guide clients when they are unsure where to go next through friendly, meaningful conversations.
  2. What it Takes: To thrive in this role, you must maintain confidentiality, listen closely to understand, and identify opportunities to better serve the customer, which will help build and strengthen long-lasting relationships. We will teach you everything else.
