Making customers happy is at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Service Specialist at AO, you will be the main point of contact for all customer issues and inquiries. We treat every customer like our gran, and we trust you to do the right thing. With support from the whole team, including wider departments, you will have the tools needed to provide the best customer service possible.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

You will focus on providing excellent customer service by answering all customer calls and ensuring positive outcomes for all queries, making decisions your mum would be proud of. You will handle day-to-day queries and resolve each problem with a smile. As a great listener, you’ll build connections quickly and take a personal approach to all calls. Your responsibilities will include handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring deliveries align with lead times, postcode matrix, and survey requirements to set up each delivery for success.

A Few Things About You

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about the service we deliver to our customers, driven to achieve set KPIs while remaining customer-focused.

While a contact centre background is not essential, you should understand what makes great customer service and possess some customer service skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to listen and understand customers are essential, along with a can-do attitude.

We believe in working together; therefore, all AOers come into the office across all 7 days. This promotes collaboration, creativity, support, motivation, and excellence in our work.
